RSS has a qualified staff of personnel specializing in railroad signal and communication services with proven leadership from within the railroad industry. They have been chosen because of their extensive knowledge, peer reputation and dedication to the railroad signal and communication industry.

All employees are required to adhere to and comply with 49CFR: Part 219 regarding mandatory FRA drug and alcohol testing procedures, company safety policies and general company policies and procedures.
