Each project receives quality control inspections from the moment it is handled by RSS until it is turned over to the railroad. Any problems encountered are resolved quickly and safely. As is the case in many projects, RSS becomes or may become the maintainer for work we install and as a result we are determined to provide the best installation possible.

At RSS it is understood that our people are our strongest assets and we work to encourage and train our employees on a continuing basis. New employees for entry level positions on the signal gang are sought with certain skills in place and are trained for future foreman positions. Our foremen come from Class I backgrounds with extensive signal construction expertise. This combination results in a diverse group possessing many talents and all focused toward quality signal construction and maintenance.
